Hello My name is Emily, I am the recruitment Manager here for the Reigate and Crawley branch. 

I am new to the role and new to care but I am so far absolutely loving my new role. My background is predominately in Education. I was a primary school teacher for 10 years and moved into recruitment in the summer of 2022. 

RAH have been wonderful and have fully supported me in my new role and I am able to fully utilise my transferrable skills. 

I work in the office on the recruitment desk but do often pop out to visit our elderly clients. I really enjoy the variety my role has to offer. I am able to build those all important relationships with our clients and our wonderful new caregivers.
