Hello, my name is Emma, and I am the Recruitment Coordinator for Right at Home Reigate and Crawley.

I have had the pleasure of working in the care sector for over 20 years, gaining extensive experience across various roles, from frontline care to recruitment. I joined the Right at Home Reigate and Crawley team in early 2025 and instantly felt aligned with the company’s values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in care.

In my role as Recruitment Coordinator, I am passionate about finding and nurturing the very best talent — individuals who not only have the right skills but also the right heart. I believe that great care starts with great people, and I’m dedicated to building a team that is as committed to our Clients’ wellbeing as we are.

My responsibilities go beyond recruitment; I’m actively involved in onboarding and training our newest CareGivers, ensuring they feel supported and confident as they begin their journey with us. I continue to support our team through their probation period and beyond, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is meeting our wonderful Clients in person. I often accompany our new team members during their initial visits, which allows me to see firsthand the positive impact of our care and ensure a smooth and reassuring start for both Clients and CareGivers.

Being part of such a dedicated and caring team is truly fulfilling, and I’m proud to play a role in delivering high-quality care to our community.
