My name is Rebecca and I am the Recruitment Coordinator here at Right at Home. I am fairly new to the role an I am thoroughly enjoying my time here already.

I previously come from a background in Education. I was a Primary School Teacher and PE lead for four years working across a variety of year groups. I enjoyed my time taking on leadership roles in Education and was ready to take on new challenges.

As Recruitment Coordinator at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley, my role involves assisting new caregivers through their induction journey ensuring they feel supported through the process. My role will also enable me to support our clients and partake in home visits, which are opportunities that I am looking forward to.

I already feel well supported by the Right at Home team who have made me feel welcome in assisting me with my new role and I am excited for the journey to come.
